The decision to pursue this career started in my mid-30s due to the need for a career change as well as many life transitions I experienced at that time, and it's safe to say I have not looked back since.

I truly enjoy working with my clients in this space and have also sought counseling myself, which has given me a personal perspective on the importance of mental health and the many ways in which it can enrich and balance one's life.

I moved to the PNW from the Midwest with my husband and our dog Zoey, and we are truly enjoying the beautiful state and all it has to offer. We enjoy taking advantage of the fantastic summer weather, the nearby snowboarding opportunities, and everything else living on the coast has to offer.
